Community Circle:

Intention & Values

Register

Instead of focusing on resolutions or productivity, this circle invites a deeper question:

What do I want to be guided by this year?

Join us to pause, reflect, and intentionally name how you want to move through 2026!

❋ Together, we'll explore:

  • Personal intentions for the year ahead

  • Values-based thinking as a decision-making tool

  • How clearly named values shape boundaries, communication, and accountability

  • What it looks like to align actionsβ€”not just goalsβ€”with what matters most

❋ This is for:

  • People who want to enter 2026 with clarity and purpose

  • Anyone feeling called to live more in alignment with their values

  • Folks who care about intentional community, thoughtful communication, and sustainable relationships

Meet Our Community Circle Host

Our Neighbor, Jen Kroell

Jen recently accepted a position on the Westwood Works Board. She spent nearly a decade working in the public school system as both a teacher and a self-advocacy specialist prior to earning her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2024. Drawing from her roles as a mother, neighbor, advocate, and therapist, Jen brings a dynamic, people-centered, and trauma-informed perspective to our coalition.
